Who We Are
System Architect for Microsoft Business Central
Hello, my name is Thomas Paulsen. I offer functional and technical services for end users of Microsoft Business Central.
In 1998, I started as a Navision developer, adding functional skills later on. After four years of working for two Navision Partners, first in Germany, then in the United States, I switched to working for Navision end users. In 2010, I quit my last job and opened PaulsenConsult as a freelance consultant.
Mission Statement
My role depends on the size of the project.
In a small project, I am the business consultant, ERP system architect, code programmer, tester, document writer, ERP system implementer and support person.
In a large project, I am the team leader, or team member, taking on a small selection of the above tasks.

Hiring a freelance consultant exposes you, the customer, to the risk of depending on one person.
To mitigate this risk, I always provide an extensive technical documentation and a user manual. Should I become unavailable, any Microsoft Business Central expert can understand my documentation and pick up the project where I left off.
